What To Expect
1. Submit an application
Submit an application and we'll respond within a couple days.
2. Activate your account in the client portal
You'll receive a link to activate your account in our client portal. We use a software called "Time To Pet" where you can request care, chat with your sitter or our office team, and pay your invoice.
Once you've activated your account, you can pay your initial fee and add a profile for each of your pets! Be sure to include a photo so we can start to fall in love immediately!
3. Schedule a virtual Meet 'n Greet
Our virtual Meet 'n Greet makes it incredibly convenient to chat with our office team about your pet's needs. After you've activated your account and paid the initial fee, we'll send you a link with available times to schedule this 30-minute Zoom meeting.
We'll fill out your profile with all the information you provide, and once we obtain access to your home we are ready to begin service!
4. It's belly rub and chin scratchin' time
After we've obtained access to your home and completed our virtual Meet 'n Greet, we are all set to come take care of your pet!
You'll receive photos and a report after each visit. Our managers are on duty to support staff and clients during all scheduled visits.
