We have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Everyone is kind, thoughtful, and consistent. Our pets are always a little disappointed when we get home because they won't get the love and attention that they get from their friend Brigid!

These guys are great! Rin and Jessica took care of my cat while I was away for a long weekend. They followed the feeding instructions and gave great notes and sent lots of photos. I don't need cat sitters too often but when I do I feel comfortable leaving my cat in their care!

I can’t say enough positive about the team! After returning to the area last year, I struggled to find anyone who would care about my two cats as much as they do. They did a very thorough initial consultation, understanding each of my cats’ unique needs. They have a well developed app portal to schedule visits as well as communicate with the administration and sitter staff - I never felt in the dark about what was happening pre, during, and post scheduled visits.

During each visit, I am notified when the sitter arrives, and within 30 minutes, I am sent a bunch of photos of both of my pets during socializing and play time, along with their food and litter boxes. I travel a lot for work, and it gives me great comfort in knowing that whomever they chooses to send to my home, they treat both of my cats with the loving care that my closest friends would if they could be here to do so.

We were nervous hiring sitters for our elderly cat who needs regular medication. But we were so impressed with Tiffany K. and Josiah L.! They took great care of our cat. They also wrote long notes and took photos every time they visited, which was lovely to get while travelling.

They took care of everything we would do while at home- they even cleaned up the cat litter and threw it away outside the apartment, so when we came home there wasn't a smelly trash can! They brought in packages from the mail room and even offered to water our plants too!

This is a somewhat an expensive option, but these folks were absolutely worth the cost. We will be using this service for any trips we take in the future.
